Kentucky Speed is proud to host the Kentucky Speed Thoroughbred Classic once again, November 25th-27th, 2022. Our speed meet welcomes Quad Roller Speed Skating, Quad 2 Person Relays, Rookie Inline Speed Skating, Standard Inline Speed Skating, Inline 2-Person Relays, Inline Open Races featuring Points, Elimination Bell Laps and Preem Laps for CASH and Elite Inline Speed Skating with race purses for both Women’s and Men’s event winners.
Our indoor skating surface is coated with Tite-Coat and measures 76′ X 169°
Welcome reception and Thanksgiving Dinner begins Friday, November 25th at 4:00 pm, please RSVP.
Official practice is Friday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Doors open Friday Night at 8:30 pm and first race is at 9:00 pm, Open Events.
Saturday and Sunday mornings door open at 6:00 am, first races at 7:00 am.
Growing the sport of speed skating is what we are all about. Kentucky Speed Thoroughbred Classic, Kentucky Speed Team, Champs Entertainment Complex US Roller Speed Skating and Midwest Point Series will honor other Competitive Skating Association memberships without additional charge.
